Human Resources Operations Manager

Overview

Al Ramz Corporation P.J.S.C. is seeking a skilled Human Resources Operations Manager to spearhead enhancements in HR systems, data analytics, and automation. This role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and mandates managing and optimizing HRMS throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and elevating the digital employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and refine the HRMS platform covering all stages of the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee payroll processes ensuring accuracy and adherence to UAE labor laws and End of Service regulations.
• Champion automation initiatives and incorporate AI technologies to streamline HR functions.
• Develop and maintain insightful Power BI dashboards to aid organizational decision-making.
• Implement digital solutions aimed at improving employee engagement and experience.
• Maintain strict governance standards, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR operations, HR systems, or HR analytics.
• Proficiency in managing HRMS, automation tools, and generating comprehensive reports.
• Previous experience in the financial services sector, preferably within the GCC region.
• Strong analytical capabilities complemented by excellent communication skills.
