About the Role

We are looking for a driven and skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at fäm Properties in Dubai. This role involves recruiting top talent for various positions within the real estate sector, contributing significantly to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies aimed at attracting high-quality candidates for roles in real estate.
• Identify and source candidates using diverse methods, such as job portals, social media, and professional networking sites.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, offer hiring guidance, and manage the selection process.
• Provide candidates with a positive recruitment experience while representing and promoting the company's brand effectively.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics to evaluate progress and suggest enhancements.
• Keep informed on emerging trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably with a background in real estate.
• Thorough understanding of recruitment methodologies and the latest trends.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational competencies.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-focused and driven to deliver measurable recruitment outcomes.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Direct experience in real estate recruitment is preferred.
