Position Overview
The Human Resources Executive is tasked with overseeing daily HR functions, ensuring the effective enforcement of HR policies, and aiding in employee engagement and company development. This position demands excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to juggle administrative responsibilities alongside strategic human resources activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from job advertisement, candidate screening, conducting interviews, to extending job offers.
- Organize onboarding programs to facilitate a seamless integration for new employees.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing employee questions and resolving grievances.
- Encourage a positive organizational culture and promote initiatives that bolster employee involvement.
- Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR information systems.
- Manage inputs related to payroll, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
- Between zero and two years of experience in HR generalist or operational roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient use of MS Office applications and HR management software.
