Role Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator who enjoys working with people, staying highly organized, and supporting employees throughout their journey from hiring through ongoing development. This role contributes to recruiting, onboarding, training coordination, employee support, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding

You will help manage the end-to-end hiring and onboarding flow so candidates and new employees have a smooth, well-organized experience.

  • Handle job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, pre-employment steps, onboarding activities, and support for the internship program.

Training and Employee Development

This position also supports learning initiatives and helps keep training activities on track.

  • Schedule and monitor employee training, maintain training documentation, respond to employee questions, and work with managers and leaders to support ongoing development programs.

Compliance and HR Administration

A key part of the role is maintaining accurate records and supporting HR compliance requirements.
