Role Overview

The Housekeeper position is full-time and onsite based in Ramnagar. The primary responsibility is to ensure guest rooms, shared spaces, and service areas remain clean, orderly, and comfortable. Daily duties involve sweeping, mopping, dusting, bed making, bathroom sanitation, restocking supplies, and linen towel laundry. The role also requires courteous handling of guest requests, timely reporting of maintenance needs, and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. Collaboration with the broader retreat team is vital to fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Occasionally, the Housekeeper may support the orientation and training of new housekeeping personnel.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Proficient in housekeeping and laundry tasks, including garment and linen care.

• Dependable with good punctuality and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
