Role Summary
As a Founders Associate, you will collaborate directly with the company founders, undertaking a diverse range of responsibilities. Your primary mission is to build the recruiting engine that will accelerate PREDICT's growth to €1 million monthly revenue. The company aims to expand its team from 8 to over 20 employees within the year. Despite strong product demand, talent acquisition remains the main bottleneck. Maintaining an exclusively high-performing (A-player) team is critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire recruiting lifecycle across all open positions, from sourcing through to offers
- Develop and manage social recruiting campaigns on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and community channels
- Screen, qualify candidates, and manage the applicant pipeline
- Coordinate interview processes with founders using an A-Player interview framework
- Track recruiting KPIs and optimize conversion rates at every funnel stage
- Proactively source candidates via direct outreach, referrals, and network activation
- Manage content operations across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
- Coordinate content production with external partners and freelancers
- Support founder-led content activities such as scripting, scheduling, and distribution
- Drive internal strategic projects from ideation through to completion
- Attend and document founder strategy sessions
- Establish project documentation and tracking systems
Candidate Profile
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit or on a path to becoming an entrepreneur
- Exceptional track record in any domain such as studies, sports, startups, consulting, or successful side projects
- Dedicated to physical fitness and health
- Systematic and outcome-focused mindset rather than task and time-oriented
- Instinctively applies the 80/20 principle with keen practical judgment
- Passionate about personal development and performs well under pressure
- Fluent in both English and German
- Background in tech startups, top-tier consulting, or fast-paced operational roles, or demonstrate similar intensity from another field
