Role Overview

We are inviting applications for the role of Finance Business Partner within our Finance team. This position serves as a vital link between Finance and multiple divisions, tasked with delivering insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic guidance to support decision-making and improve financial outcomes aligned with business goals. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the ideal candidate should possess meticulous attention to detail, an analytical approach, and enthusiasm for the sports sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce timely and precise financial reports for assigned divisions, including monthly management accounts and special reports.
• Work closely with divisional leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
• Conduct thorough financial analyses encompassing variance evaluations, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
• Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure financial objectives synchronize with broader business aims.
• Support year-end audit inquiries.
• Contribute to integrating financial operations during acquisitions.
• Participate in various ad-hoc financial initiatives as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Certified accountant qualification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA or similar).
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage high workloads efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Adept at fostering effective working relationships across different levels of the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
