About the Role

Join a dedicated team within the Criminal Justice sector working for over two decades to manage the Electronic Monitoring contract on behalf of the Scottish Government. This permanent, full-time position based remotely in Dundee and surrounding areas offers an opportunity to contribute meaningful work within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, investigate alerts, and decommission electronic monitoring equipment for curfew orders in assigned areas following company procedures and contract terms.
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals during their curfew periods.
  • Report incidents and non-compliance promptly to relevant agencies.
  • Ensure timely processing of incidents and violations to meet service level agreements.
  • Escalate significant incidents to the Monitoring Centre according to protocols.
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external customers using pro-social modeling principles.
  • Uphold the company’s values and brand reputation consistently.
  • Accurately document all contacts and interactions with clients and colleagues.

Working Hours and Location

Working primarily a backshift schedule from 17:00 to 00:30, Tuesday through Saturday, to align with client curfews. The position is home-based in Dundee with travel across Scotland required during shifts. Training will be conducted in Glasgow, and you will be provided with a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, and tablet for your duties.
