Role Overview

This position focuses on identifying and securing telecom site locations in and around Sangareddy. The role involves direct field engagement with community representatives, municipal authorities, landowners, and other stakeholders to support tower site acquisition and related approvals. The job is full time and offered on a temporary/contractual basis through Quess Corp under outsourced payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Visit gated communities and meet relevant stakeholders to identify suitable site locations.
  • Carry out municipal office visits and engage with councilors and chairpersons to secure site identification and site resolution.
  • Negotiate with landowners and provide appropriate counselling during the acquisition process.
  • Visit police stations along with the OSD to support site resolution efforts.
  • Take a proactive approach toward site identification in high-rise buildings, hospitals, and government properties for Indus telecom installations.
  • Ensure that all required documents are completed and submitted so that the first rent can be released without delay.

Experience

Candidates must have at least 2 years of field sales experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual CTC starts at INR 3.25 lakhs and may be finalized based on the candidate’s current salary. The package is under outsourced partner payroll. Additional benefits include travel allowance, mobile allowance, and incentives.
