Field Collection Executive (Customer Relationship Officer)

Position Overview

The role of Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is primarily a field-based position responsible for loan disbursement and collection activities. The primary tasks include collecting EMIs from customers and sourcing potential female clients for loan offerings.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct 100% fieldwork focused on disbursing loans and collecting EMIs (Equated Monthly Installments).
• Identify and source potential female customers.
• Create groups of five female members for loan disbursement.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly gross salary of Rs. 16,000 with a take-home pay of Rs. 13,500 after deductions like PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax.
• Additional allowances include an official SIM card and travel allowances.
• Benefits package includes PF, ESIC, gratuity, medical insurance coverage up to 2.5 lakh INR, term insurance of 10 lakh INR, and accidental insurance policy.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Male candidates aged between 20 and 30 years.
• Minimum educational qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
• Freshers can apply; possession of a bike and a valid driving license is mandatory for field work.

Working Hours

The typical schedule is from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm; however, late working hours may be required given the nature of field sales.

Selection Process

• Initial interview with HR.
• If shortlisted, the candidate will undergo a one-day field exposure at the nearest branch.
• Based on feedback, a final interview is conducted with the branch head.
• Selected candidates will complete joining formalities at the head office (required documents include PAN card, original educational certificates, resume, photograph, bank passbook). E-Aadhaar, PAN card, and bank passbook are compulsory for applying.
