Job Responsibilities

The Facilitator role involves multiple operational duties within the Milk Producer Organization, primarily centered around ensuring smooth storage and supply management.

• Proficiency in computer usage is essential for daily tasks.
• Oversee proper storage of ghee, cattle feed, and mineral mixtures.
• Collect and assess member demands, ensuring accurate and timely supply of ghee, cattle feed, and mineral mixtures.
• Provide necessary inputs related to deductions for cattle feed and mineral mixture sales applicable to the milk payment cycle.
• Manage and be accountable for all field assets stored at the Milk Collection Center (MCC) store.
