About the Role

Join Sutherland, a global leader in digital transformation and customer experience management, as an International Voice Process Associate in customer support. The position is based in Perungulathur, Chennai, operating from the office with night rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs. The company provides free two-way cab services for employees working night shifts.

Candidate Profile and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Exhibit enthusiasm, curiosity, and a strong passion for supporting customers.
• Accept night shift rotational work schedules with corresponding weekly offs.
• Maintain professionalism and clear articulation while interacting with customers.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Applicants with a High School diploma, diploma, or any graduation level are eligible.
• No graduation degree is required to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary ranges from INR 270,000 to INR 350,000 per annum depending on experience.
• Transport allowance between INR 1,700 to INR 3,500 per month is provided if not using company transport.
• Free cab transport provided for night shift employees.
