Position Overview
We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant on a fixed-term, full-time contract basis located in London, Canary Wharf, requiring attendance in the office two days per week. The contract is initially for 12 months with the possibility of extension into a permanent role, though this is not guaranteed. The salary range for this position is £42,500 to £50,000 plus bonus.
Role Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to the CEO of a reputable financial services company. This role offers an excellent chance to join a mid-sized, expanding organization, playing a critical role in ensuring efficient executive time management and facilitating achievement of business objectives.
Key Duties
- Manage complex diaries and inboxes, balancing and prioritizing competing demands.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal teams and external partners, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Own projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables completed on schedule.
- Coordinate detailed travel plans and logistics.
- Organize meetings, corporate events, and offsite gatherings.
- Prepare and deliver high-standard documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Handle expense submissions and invoice processing efficiently.
- Record accurate minutes of meetings and monitor follow-up actions.
- Assist with diverse administrative duties as necessary.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders, ideally within financial or professional services.
- Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate requirements and take initiative.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker regarding time management and prioritization of workload.
