Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Symetra's enrollment tools and, in partnership with the Enrollment Strategy Manager, develop and oversee the timelines necessary to ensure successful enrollment campaigns.
  • Coordinate across the division and collaborate with external vendors when needed to meet project milestones.
  • Aid in establishing best practices for enrollment activities, and use those insights to improve and streamline processes.
  • Manage creation of client-specific enrollment materials in cooperation with Marketing, tailoring materials to client benefit plans and ensuring review by relevant stakeholders including brokers and clients.
  • Act as the main liaison for Regional Account Managers to support case re-enrollment efforts efficiently.
  • Contribute to Symetra’s voluntary business growth by designing effective re-enrollment strategies that boost participation and increase case premiums.
  • Assist in developing voluntary participation reports that enhance organizational insight into enrollment success and methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is also required.
  • Between 2 to 5 years of experience related to group benefits products.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Smartsheet is highly preferred.
  • Strong digital literacy abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary ranging between $72,700 and $121,100, plus eligibility for the company's annual bonus program.
  • Flexible full-time or hybrid telecommuting options.
  • 401(k) plan with immediate vesting and company match up to 6%.
  • Paid time off includes vacation, sick days, flex days, and ten paid holidays a year.
  • Community giving matched by the company to double impact.
