Key Responsibilities

• Transport products to customers across Kenya according to the company’s strategy and sales plans while aligning with Group and Kenya guidelines.
• Ensure goods arrive in excellent condition with accurate order quantities matched to the correct customers.
• Develop and maintain strong long-term partnerships with assigned customers.
• Follow the designated delivery route for customer orders.
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with clients consistently.
• Manage regular cleaning of the assigned vehicle to uphold hygiene standards for transporting goods.
• Ensure all legal documentation for the vehicle is renewed in compliance with relevant laws.
• Organize timely maintenance of the vehicle to meet legal safety standards and Puratos safety policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid and clean driving license is mandatory.
• At least four years of verified experience in commercial driving operations.
• Minimum of two years experience specifically in FMCG distribution within Nairobi County.
• Strong familiarity with Nairobi County’s roads, routes, and distribution systems.
• Excellent knowledge of vehicle safety protocols, traffic laws, and delivery procedures.
• Exhibits honesty, reliability, professionalism, and integrity.
• Team-oriented with capacity to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Customer-centric mindset coupled with problem-solving capabilities and organizational skills.
• Capacity to perform efficiently under schedule pressures to meet delivery and operational goals.
