Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive a target-focused approach to key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead, motivate, and develop the in-store team to achieve business goals.
• Ensure the shop floor is maintained to high presentation standards at all times.
• Oversee stock levels to guarantee sufficient inventory availability.
• Deliver consistent and excellent customer service to enhance shopper satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of the Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A full driving licence is essential.
• A passion for working in a dynamic setting with an emphasis on meeting targets and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work varied shift patterns as required.
• Previous Assistant Store Manager experience is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates the right attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary starting at €51,000, increasing to €60,000 after 3 years.
