Demand Planning Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and operationally proficient Supply Manager to oversee the entire supply side of teacher management. This position involves ensuring seamless daily operations, bolstering teacher engagement and retention, and maintaining an optimal balance between supply and demand. The Supply Manager will also coordinate the full teacher lifecycle in partnership with leadership, covering attraction, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the teacher supply function comprehensively, ensuring efficient day-to-day execution.
• Oversee teacher-related activities such as payment processing and follow-ups, tracking performance and initiating improvements, handling complaints and resolving issues, and managing experience letter requests.
• Maintain precise and timely system updates and documentation.
• Implement marketplace best practices to guarantee supply availability, quality, and engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics of the supply side, identifying gaps that affect demand satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively across teams to enhance operational processes and improve the teacher experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in supply operations, marketplace operations, or supply and demand management roles.
• Experience within marketplace environments is necessary.
• In-depth understanding of marketplace supply and demand relationships.
• Excellent organizational abilities to juggle multiple operational responsibilities.
• High attention to detail with strong capabilities to keep accurate records in systems.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
