- Maintain precise documentation and keep project records updated within internal systems.
- Collaborate closely with implementation consultants, project teams, and technical experts to achieve customer success.
- Investigate, verify, and troubleshoot data-related issues encountered by customers.
- Develop a solid understanding of database architectures and data flow across different systems.
Candidate Requirements
- A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a similar discipline.
- Between 1 to 2 years of practical experience in technical, data-oriented, customer support, software implementation, or related roles, or an enthusiastic recent graduate ready to grow in technology.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the capability to juggle competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and customer-centric attitude.
- Keen attention to detail with pride in delivering precise work.
- Confidence and aptitude to learn new technical concepts and systems quickly.
- Strong analytical thinking skills and comfort in working with data.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to database technologies, data manipulation, or scripting languages such as SQL, Python, or PHP.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
- Experience or knowledge of Agile development methodologies including Kanban or Scrum.
- Some experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS, is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from 60000 to 65000 New Zealand Dollars, with eligibility for a yearly bonus.
- Full coverage for Southern Cross Health Insurance provided.
- Subsidized parking arrangements through Parkable.
- Structured onboarding process along with ongoing professional development.
- Clear pathways for career advancement within a global tech company.
- Post-training hybrid working model combining remote and onsite presence.
