About The Role

We are assembling a dedicated support team to serve our US-based client, an online furniture retailer, and are seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide exemplary customer service.

Candidate Requirements

Advanced proficiency in English at C1 level, both spoken and written
Native-level fluency in Ukrainian
At least one year of experience in customer support or care, with required experience in phone communication
Proven skill in communicating clearly and confidently with customers during live phone interactions
A client-focused approach
Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to work evening shifts from 15:00 to 24:00 Ukrainian time

Primary Responsibilities

Interacting with customers via phone calls, chat, and email
Managing and resolving support tickets promptly
Handling communications with customers and vendors
Delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction
Working closely with the US Customer Care team
