Job Summary
You will serve as a Customer Experience Associate engaging in an inbound international voice process focused on providing exceptional support to customers. This role is based in Bengaluru and requires availability to work night shifts in an office environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced inbound call center environment.
- Effectively communicate with customers, understanding and resolving queries or issues with professionalism.
- Uphold a customer-centric attitude to ensure positive experiences and maintain satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Education ranging from 12th pass, PUC, diploma holders to graduates and postgraduates are eligible; current students cannot apply.
- Freshers as well as experienced individuals can apply, with preference for those ready for immediate joining.
- Excellent command over spoken and written English is essential.
- Must be willing to work night shifts catering mainly to US time zones.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work setting are required.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career within the international BPO sector.

- Mandatory documents to bring for the walk-in interview: updated resume (hard copy), recent passport-size photograph, original government-issued ID (Aadhaar or PAN card), plus one photocopy of the same ID.
- Work location is strictly office-based; working from home is not available.
