Role Overview

Based full-time at the Kampala office, the Compensation Benefits Manager is accountable for the design, roll-out, and ongoing management of compensation and benefits schemes that are competitive, legally compliant, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. This position involves conducting thorough job evaluations, updating and maintaining compensation frameworks, overseeing employee benefits programs, and ensuring precise administration of payroll-related benefits.
