Job Overview

The Commis III role involves preparing and serving café menu items while ensuring top-quality food standards, hygiene, and excellent customer service.

Key Duties

• Prepare and serve various food and beverage offerings including pasta, burgers, pizzas, sandwiches, snacks, hot and cold coffee, shakes, following established recipes.
• Ensure timely and efficient preparation of food and order fulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the food service counter, kitchen area, equipment, and workspaces.
• Adhere strictly to food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and company Standard Operating Procedures.
• Monitor stock availability and communicate inventory needs promptly.
• Contribute to seamless daily café operations while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education of 10th or 12th grade pass; hotel management or culinary certifications are an advantage.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in cafés, quick service restaurants, restaurants, or food outlets; fresh candidates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Requirements

• Basic capability in preparing food and making coffee beverages.
• Strong communication and customer service aptitude.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from INR 25000 to INR 34000.
