Job description
Overview
We are seeking a Client Servicing Account Executive who is proactive, reliable, organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and proficient with computers. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. A positive, solution-oriented mindset is essential for thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client budgets, schedules, and expectations to ensure project success.
- Proactively identify and suggest solutions that meet client requirements.
- Maintain prompt and attentive communication in response to client inquiries.
- Clearly manage communication channels between clients and internal teams throughout production to align resources and client objectives.
- Develop proposals aimed at enhancing client businesses through the company’s service offerings.
- Source potential sales leads, pitch services to new clients, and nurture ongoing relationships.
- Coordinate project progress by liaising effectively with both clients and production teams to keep initiatives on track.
- Collaborate with creative teams to inject innovative ideas, perform research, and continuously expand knowledge of new technologies.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a consistently positive attitude to all clients on all occasions.
- Ensure quality control by proofreading and verifying that final work meets client guidelines and branding standards.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to anticipate and fulfill client needs.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and sound judgment for decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with customer service software platforms or demonstrated capacity to quickly learn new systems.
- Creative and innovative mindset focused on delivering a leading client experience.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.

Compensation
The role offers an annual salary between 300000 and 600000 INR.
