About the Role

As a Cleaner at Seasons apartments in Winnipeg, Manitoba, your role is vital in maintaining a healthy and welcoming environment for our residents. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will improve tenant experiences daily.

Main Duties

• Upkeep of entrances and hallways to ensure they remain clean and tidy
• Comprehensive cleaning activities at month-end including appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting fixtures, bathrooms, and cupboards
• Participation in pre-move-out and annual inspections, providing cleaning cost estimates as needed
• Perform basic maintenance such as painting or replacing light bulbs
• Assisting with exterior maintenance tasks for the building
• Other cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Understanding of different cleaning products and their appropriate use
• Basic proficiency with computers
• Willingness and ability to travel between property sites when necessary

Compensation and Benefits
