Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Business & Marketing Coordinator to closely support the Founder and Managing Director. This role is not an internship or entry-level position but a crucial support function within a small, remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all team members meet deadlines by keeping everyone aligned and accountable.
- Oversee administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of the business.
- Repurpose and adapt content across various owned media channels.
- Maintain and update the monthly newsletter and credentials presentations accurately.
- Coordinate conferences and client-facing events from planning through execution.
- Assist the Managing Director with communications involving clients and team members.
- Conduct occasional research on topics such as retail locations and travel logistics.
Candidate Profile
- At least two years of experience in marketing, coordination, or operational roles.
- Excellent written communication skills, capable of producing on-brand content without significant corrections.
- Highly organized with an ability to follow up independently without reminders.
- A supportive working style that anticipates needs and stays ahead of tasks.
Additional Details
This part-time role requires approximately 10 hours weekly initially, allowing for growth. The position offers flexibility with a predominantly remote working arrangement but includes some in-person interaction for team collaboration and client events.
