Job Overview
SD Empire Edtech Private Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join their sales team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This full-time role involves generating leads, counseling prospective customers about company offerings, closing sales, and meeting revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and create new sales opportunities through telephone, email, and digital channels.
- Approach potential clients to inform them about products and services provided by the company.
- Assess client needs and suggest appropriate solutions accordingly.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to convert interested leads into finalized sales.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately document calls, lead statuses, and sales outcomes using CRM software.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth customer onboarding processes.
- Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance assessments.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Competency in overcoming objections during the sales process to successfully close deals.
- A driven, target-oriented mindset with self-motivation.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability and willingness to thrive in a fast-moving sales environment.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior sales experience in EdTech, business-to-consumer (B2C), or business-to-business (B2B) domains is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates possessing strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
