Role overview

This position sits within the SaaS Operating Center, the team responsible for keeping Avaloq software and products stable for clients. The role focuses on client interaction, service delivery support, production incident resolution, and monitoring application availability. You will work closely with the service desk and delivery teams such as L3 support, project delivery, and client management to resolve incidents and operational issues.

What you will do

  • Run incidents through the full management lifecycle, including initial triage and timely follow-up.
  • Assess business and technical impact, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the right teams to resolve them.
  • Review and consolidate incoming client needs at a high level.
  • Assist development teams by turning business needs into technical specifications for new features.
  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing.
  • Set and manage expectations with end users and other stakeholders.
  • Support the onboarding of new banking services into the delivery model.
  • Bring forward proactive ideas to improve service quality and operational performance.

What we are looking for

  • A proven history of strong performance in a similar business analyst or support-focused role.
  • Good working knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • A technical degree in IT or a business-related field.
  • Professional fluency in both English and German.

  • Experience with Avaloq Core and Front Platform, ideally with certification.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and basic Oracle database concepts.
