Business Analyst II

Job Overview

The position of Business Analyst II is available as a contract role with a duration of 12 months. The role is fully remote, based out of Kansas City, Kansas, focusing on supporting Oracle Health's invoicing and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to manage Oracle Health's outstanding invoicing and collection activities.
• Facilitate weekly check-ins in collaboration with Customer Success Managers to verify invoice accuracy.
• Monitor payment statuses and maintain tracking of related action items.
• Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing underlying tools, systems, and identifying core issues affecting customer experience.
• Manage workstreams and conduct customer discussions aimed at resolving root causes and optimizing end-to-end invoicing workflows.
• Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in program management to coordinate the invoicing and collections activities effectively.
• Skills in process improvement to streamline and enhance invoicing workflows.
• Background in collections, preferably within the healthcare sector.
