Job Overview
Supro Info Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead regional sales efforts. The role involves recruiting advisers, generating business through these advisers, guiding and motivating the team to meet sales targets, and providing necessary training.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new sales advisers.
- Drive business growth by generating sales through the adviser network.
- Lead and manage a team of sales advisers effectively.
- Encourage and motivate team members to consistently achieve sales goals.
- Deliver training and mentoring to enhance team performance.
Eligibility and Requirements
- At least 1 year of field sales or marketing experience, preferably within BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
- Applicants must be graduates.
- Candidate age should be between 21 and 42 years.
- Preference given to candidates local to the specified locations.

Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from INR 25,000 to INR 32,000.
