Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role focuses on recruiting, training, and motivating Life Insurance Advisors/Agents to hit business objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new Life Insurance Advisors and Agents.
• Provide comprehensive training and motivation to advisors to help them meet sales goals.
• Promote sales by leveraging the advisor network effectively.
• Participate in joint field visits and assist advisors during customer interactions.
• Foster strong professional relationships with both advisors and clients.
• Maintain high standards of policy quality, customer retention, and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
• Consistently meet monthly targets for recruitment and business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to recruit, train, and manage a sales advisor team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relations.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and related compliance regulations is advantageous.
• Goal-oriented with the capability to achieve sales targets.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary in the range of 20,000 to 40,000 INR.
