Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) philosophy by producing items and customer experiences that resonate and inspire loyalty.
• Maintain stringent food safety and hygiene standards; ensure all workstations are clean, organized, and ready for audits at any time.
• Lead and support your colleagues by fostering a workplace culture emphasizing wellbeing, resilience, and collective achievement.
• Maintain a learning mindset, continuously refining both baking techniques and leadership capabilities.
• Efficiently manage the physical and time pressures common within a busy bakery environment, performing confidently and effectively.

Requirements

• Possess a formal baking qualification or have an equivalent industry credential.
• Have prior experience working in a high-volume bakery setting.

Working Hours and Location

Typical roster includes shifts starting Sunday through Thursday from 3:00 AM until 11:00 AM, allowing for early starts and free afternoons.
