Associate Revenue Accounting Projects

Role overview

This position sits within the Finance Division and supports Revenue Accounting Projects. The selected candidate will coordinate closely with accountants, assistant managers, and operations colleagues to align on testing approaches for project work, carry out user acceptance testing (UAT), and keep UAT progress records up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Work with accountants, assistant managers, and operations stakeholders to define the test scenarios required.
• Review the system change requirements and solution details, where applicable, so suitable test cases can be designed.
• Study the existing business process and build enough regression test coverage.
• Partner with the operations team to confirm that the proposed test cases are appropriate for UAT.
• Execute user acceptance testing for the assigned projects.
• Maintain current UAT status updates.
• Share progress updates and feedback on the testing cycle.
• Coordinate with vendors and the project team to address issues found during UAT.
• Track delivery progress with the vendor and help ensure changes are completed by the target deadline.

Requirements

• A diploma is required, ideally in Commerce or Business.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good people skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Solid analytical thinking.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
