Role overview
Join the Finance Division as part of the Revenue Accounting Projects team. In this role, you will work closely with accountants, assistant managers, and operations colleagues to define test scenarios for each project, carry out user acceptance testing (UAT), and keep the UAT progress updated throughout the project cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with accountants, assistant managers, and operations teams to align on the required test scenarios.
- Review system changes and business requirements so you can suggest suitable test cases.
- Study existing workflows to make sure regression testing covers enough scenarios.
- Work with the operations team to confirm that proposed test cases are fit for UAT.
- Execute user acceptance testing for assigned projects.
- Track and update the status of UAT activities.
- Share regular updates on UAT progress.
- Work with vendors and internal project teams to resolve issues found during UAT.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure changes are delivered by the target deadline.
Requirements
- Diploma qualification, preferably with commerce or business-related grounding.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
