Description de l'emploi
Role overview
Join the Corporate Learning Centre within Singapore Airlines’ Human Resources Division and help shape leadership capability across the organisation. This position focuses on building and delivering development programmes that strengthen leadership skills, support succession pipelines, and prepare employees for current and future responsibilities at both enterprise and business-unit levels.
Key responsibilities
- Design an integrated leadership and people development curriculum that aligns with the organisation’s leadership strategy and current business direction. The learning roadmap should guide employees toward suitable training at different career stages and provide the step-up capabilities needed for their present and next roles.
- Work with external training partners to deliver leadership and people development programmes, ensuring the learning experience is strong and that participants can apply and retain what they learn through effective support before and after training.
- Independently identify and run leadership and behavioural assessments, or partner with Talent Management where appropriate, then translate the findings into tailored development actions for senior leaders to close competency gaps and prepare them for future responsibilities.
- Curate appropriate leadership development opportunities such as executive programmes, conferences and roundtables from centres of excellence and higher learning institutions based on the needs of individual leaders and their portfolios.
- Partner in developing leadership content for senior leaders who act as management trainers, strengthening a leader-as-coach culture and helping leaders share business and leadership knowledge back into the organisation.
- Review internal continuing education schemes regularly so they remain relevant and aligned with organisational priorities and national workforce initiatives.
- Keep the onboarding and orientation programme current and effective for new hires.
- Drive stronger organisation-wide attention on leadership and people development capabilities and concerns.
- Handle logistics and administrative coordination for leadership training, working with the Learning Shared Services team as needed.
Requirements
- A university bachelor’s degree is required.
- You should bring at least 5 years of experience in learning and development, ideally with exposure to leadership development, people development, or talent management.
- Possession of WSA Advanced Certificate in Training & Performance (ACLP) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) is required.
- WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) would be an added advantage.
- Strong presentation ability, interpersonal skills, communication skills, and stakeholder management capability are important.
- You should be resourceful, analytical, and capable of structured conceptual thinking.
- Data analysis skills are needed to support the role effectively.
