Overview
Iklavya India Tech Private Limited is seeking a skilled Architect to join their team in the Delhi-NCR region. The role involves creating detailed architectural drawings and models, ensuring designs meet regulatory standards, and collaborating with various consultants and site teams to achieve successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive 2D architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings.
- Develop detailed 3D models, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for design approvals.
- Design in alignment with National Building Code (NBC), local regulations, fire safety norms, and standards applicable to hospitals and hospitality sectors.
- Coordinate effectively with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, fire safety, and interior design consultants.
- Manage architectural design from conceptualization through to execution-level drawings.
- Ensure drawing accuracy and regulatory compliance before releasing documents for site use.
- Provide design-related clarifications and revised drawings to support site teams during construction.
- Engage in client meetings and present design concepts and updates.
Additional Information
This position offers a monthly remuneration of 30000 to 45000 INR. Candidates must be able to work onsite within Delhi-NCR.
