Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of motor insurance business including new policies and renewals.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure high retention rates.
• Promote and cross-sell general insurance products to existing customers.
• Liaise with insurers to obtain quotations, facilitate policy issuance, and assist with claims.
• Deliver timely and effective customer support.
• Assist business development initiatives and meet defined sales targets.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in motor and general insurance.
• Solid knowledge of insurance products and related procedures.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management capabilities.
• Skilled in managing multiple clients and thriving in target-driven settings.
• Background in channel development and distribution in insurance is also acceptable; no life insurance experience required.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between ₹25,000 and ₹33,000, equivalent to an annual CTC of ₹3 to ₹4 lakh.
