This position focuses exclusively on authentic social media interactions to set qualified appointments for high ticket sales closers — with no cold-calling or mass emailing involved.

Primary Duties

• Identify and research potential high-quality prospects via organic social media outreach using personal profiles.
• Build targeted prospect lists through platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, X, TikTok, and other relevant online communities.
• Initiate genuine conversations that foster trust and rapport without appearing pushy.
• Effectively qualify prospects based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.
• Schedule qualified appointments for sales closers to convert.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system regarding outreach activities.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and results.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven background in organic outreach, appointment setting, lead generation, sales, or customer acquisition.
• Strong command of written English paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work efficiently in a remote setting.
• Consistently able to meet outreach and appointment booking targets.
• Experience in selling high-ticket services is highly valued.
