Application Test Engineer - AI Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Application Test Engineer - AI Trainer to contribute to advancing the development of artificial intelligence. As an integral part of DataAnnotation’s developer community, which consists of over 100,000 professionals including front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and other engineers, you will play a key role in impactful AI projects. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI models by engaging in programming assignments such as crafting and solving challenging coding problems, developing feature-rich applications, and conducting data analysis and visualization. Your contributions will help refine adaptive and evolving intelligent systems.

Work Environment

This role allows you to choose your projects and tailor your schedule according to your availability, whether you pursue it alongside full-time employment or as your primary job. After registering and passing a brief assessment (similar to an interview), you will receive confirmation and access to paid work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and solve a variety of coding problems, especially focusing on Android development, to train AI systems.
• Compose clear, high-quality code snippets along with comprehensive explanations.
• Assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Provide constructive feedback that influences future AI model improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at a native or bilingual level.
• Preferred skills in Kotlin; additional proficiency in one or more languages/frameworks such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
• Strong writing abilities with excellent grammar.
• Bachelor’s degree either completed or in progress.
• Prior experience working as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is advantageous.
