About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to contribute to training AI models by assessing and enhancing AI chatbot performance and logic. This role demands a high proficiency in writing, editing, and language application along with research and fact-checking abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to AI chatbots and critically review their responses.
• Assess AI model outputs to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional mastery of grammar, style, and brand tone.
• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed is favored but not mandatory.
