Key duties

• Lead and oversee a small machine operation team during the afternoon shift.
• Carry out brake press folding and operate CNC machinery when needed.
• Plan and coordinate work orders to keep production moving smoothly.
• Follow safety procedures and company rules to maintain a safe workplace.
• Keep the work area tidy, organised, and efficient.

What we are looking for

• Proven hands-on experience with brake press folding and CNC operation.
• Dependable, punctual, and strongly focused on safety.
• Experience with turret punching or laser cutting would be an advantage.
• Strong manual dexterity and close attention to detail.
• A positive team-oriented attitude.
