Zoho Administrator

About the Role

The organization operates its entire suite of business services using Zoho, incorporating around 30 applications spanning memberships, class and service bookings, invoicing for multiple legal entities, HR, payroll, support, and reporting. They are looking for a dedicated Zoho Administrator to manage configuration, automation, integrations, and ensure data integrity across the complete Zoho ecosystem. The role also involves supporting projects that integrate with external systems built in React and Node.js, reflecting a need for flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire Zoho One tenant administration including user management, roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, field-level security, and app provisioning.
• Customize and maintain Zoho CRM modules, layouts, custom views, workflows, blueprints, dashboards, and automations.
• Create and debug Deluge scripts for standalone functions, workflows, scheduled triggers, and button actions.
• Develop backend logic, workflows, and scheduled tasks within various Zoho applications.
• Oversee API and webhook integrations linking Zoho with external systems.
• Construct and sustain Zoho Creator applications.
• Guarantee seamless integration among Zoho products.
• Ensure data accuracy by conducting audits and resolving performance issues.
• Document configuration changes thoroughly, including rationale and rollback procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams offering support and technical advice.
• Support and enhance external applications developed in React and Node.js that connect with the Zoho environment.
• Take on additional projects outside the Zoho ecosystem as business requirements develop.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a valid and current Zoho certification, with certificate verification mandatory during application; uncertified candidates will not be considered.
• Proven track record managing Zoho One tenant end-to-end rather than just Zoho CRM, with comprehensive skills across main Zoho applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Deluge scripting, including API interaction, error management, and scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM REST API and COQL, including handling bulk read/write operations and managing batch limits.
• Experience configuring Zoho Books across several organizations.
• Expertise with Zoho Analytics, managing workspaces and data synchronization stability after schema changes.
• Skillful at building and debugging complex multi-step flows in Zoho Flow.
• Competence in developing applications on Zoho Creator platform.
• Working familiarity with React and Node.js frameworks.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision, responding promptly within core hours, and reliably delivering results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Zoho certifications covering multiple applications.
• Experience with Zoho People, Payroll, Recruit, Campaigns, or Sign platforms.
• Background in fitness, hospitality, clinics, or membership-based industries.
• Experience with Stripe, POS systems, or payment reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with Git version control and deployment workflows.
