About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Xurrent Administrator to efficiently manage and configure the Xurrent IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. This role demands a professional proficient in handling various modules such as roles, workflows, SLAs, incident, problem, and change management. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing automation capabilities, developing dashboards, and refining the service catalog to boost operational efficiency. Ensuring platform stability, supporting integrations and APIs, and maintaining compliance with ITIL standards are key aspects of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and set up the Xurrent ITSM platform configurations.
- Manage user roles, workflows, and service level agreements (SLAs) effectively.
- Oversee modules related to incidents, problems, and changes within the platform.
- Develop and optimize automated processes, dashboards, and the service catalog for improved service delivery.
- Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain smooth platform operations.
- Provide support for integrating external services and APIs with the platform.
- Uphold the platform's stability and governance, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices.
Experience and Skills Required
- Minimum of eight years of professional experience in ITSM or platform administration roles.
- Direct, hands-on experience with Xurrent or comparable ITSM tools.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and principles.
- Expertise in workflow management and automation within IT service operations.
