Role Overview
EveryWatch is looking for a skilled journalist to partner closely with the CEO, crafting executive communications and content that effectively reflect the CEO's insights and leadership. This role involves generating compelling written material tailored for various platforms such as LinkedIn, speeches, op-eds, and other avenues of thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and communications team to accurately capture and articulate his ideas and tone using interviews and existing content.
- Craft executive thought leadership pieces for diverse platforms including LinkedIn, newsletters, speeches, and contributed articles.
- Convey complex topics related to the watch sector, luxury market trends, collecting behaviors, data analysis, and cultural or economic developments in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Adapt messaging and voice to resonate with varied audiences such as collectors, industry professionals, investors, and business communities.
- Establish a consistent editorial cadence for executive content, emphasizing recurring themes and timely insights.
- Compose, refine, and proofread content that retains authenticity while adhering to a high editorial caliber.
- Spot opportunities to transform EveryWatch’s data and milestones into impactful thought leadership narratives.
- Work alongside marketing, communications, and leadership teams to align content with broader brand and business objectives.
- Ensure a coherent and unique executive voice is maintained across all communications.
Candidate Requirements
- Between five and seven years of relevant professional experience.
- Outstanding skills in writing, editing, and storytelling with a history of producing content for senior leaders such as CEOs or founders.
- Proven ability to effectively capture and convey another individual’s voice, avoiding generic or overly polished styles.
- Excellent editorial insight with a knack for identifying ideas that are timely, credible, and worth publishing.
- Comfortable handling specialized or complex topics and making them appealing to both expert and lay audiences.
- Interest or background in luxury goods, watches, collecting, marketplaces, data, finance, culture, or consumer trends is preferred.
- Highly organized and responsive, with capability to work efficiently alongside a busy executive.
- Strong interviewing and listening skills to translate conversations into polished content.
- A collaborative, humble approach to editing and feedback is essential.
