Job description
Position Overview
Amazon's Workforce Staffing (WFS) team develops innovative staffing solutions to address complex labor challenges worldwide. This role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia supports the KSA organization by shaping scalable strategies that optimize talent acquisition and labor resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Design data-driven visions and strategies to attract diverse talent efficiently, minimizing cost per hire and employee.
- Implement labor acquisition plans including employee classification and labor pool utilization across Amazon businesses.
- Collaborate with local leadership in Operations, Finance, HR, and workflow teams to optimize labor needs.
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze Workforce Staffing performance via regular KPI reporting.
- Forecast labor demand and develop scalable staffing infrastructure to meet business requirements.
- Adapt strategies dynamically based on hiring schedules and attendance forecasts.
- Lead complex projects and manage programs to successful completion.
- Define KPI benchmarks and prioritize to surpass business service level agreements.
- Travel as needed to conduct hiring events within assigned geographic areas.
- Oversee cost per hire budgets, including labor acquisition and advertising expenses.
- Develop methods to optimize candidate pipeline efficiency and conversion metrics.
- Enhance candidate experience by meeting high standards of associate service and reducing defects.
- Partner with Finance Managers and Operations Leaders to plan labor demand and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in human resources.
- Practical knowledge of HR systems and processes.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with process improvements and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Handling confidential employee data with strict confidentiality adherence.
