Role Overview

The Workers' Compensation Case Manager position entails full oversight and administration of workers' compensation claims within a self-insured context. Responsibilities include managing medical treatment coordination, facilitating return-to-work initiatives, and ensuring adherence to relevant legal standards. The role requires collaboration with healthcare providers, affected employees, and company management to maintain a safe and efficient workplace environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, nursing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least two years’ experience managing workers' compensation cases, ideally within a self-insured framework.
• Profound understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulatory requirements.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Competence in juggling multiple cases simultaneously with efficient prioritization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical capabilities for evaluating complex information and making sound decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills ensuring precision.
• Problem-solving aptitude to identify issues and implement timely, effective remedies.
• Empathetic approach toward supporting injured employees compassionately.
