Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled WMS Support Specialist with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team in Kochi, Kerala. The role involves deep expertise in retail and wholesale warehouse processes, specifically using the HighJump platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions leveraging Page Editor, Advantage Architect workflows, and SQL Server stored procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop implementations using Page Editor and Advantage Architect workflows.
- Maintain and enhance SQL Server stored procedures integral to the WMS.
- Configure and manage the technical aspects and functional capabilities of the HighJump platform.
- Create and manage reports via SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP services, messaging and event brokers, as well as flat-file methods connecting HighJump with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), Warehouse Execution Systems (WES), Order Management Systems (OMS), and ERP solutions.
- Handle MS SQL Server environment tasks including version upgrades.
- Develop robust SQL programming solutions, demonstrating expert-level expertise.
- Utilize programming skills in C# and Java to support system development and integration.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–6 years of relevant experience with retail and wholesale warehouse systems.
- Strong knowledge of HighJump WMS platform, functional and technical configuration.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and stored procedures development.
- Experience with SSRS reporting tools.
- Familiarity with service integration methods including REST/SOAP, messaging/event brokers, and flat files.
- Solid programming capabilities in C# and Java.
