Key Duties

Manage, configure, and maintain enterprise-level Windows Server infrastructure including Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, DNS, and DHCP within VMware virtual environments.
Oversee hybrid cloud environments and identity management by handling Azure workloads, access controls, and synchronization through Microsoft Entra ID.
Implement monthly vulnerability patching by testing, deploying, and auditing OS and application patches across all Windows servers to maintain security compliance.
Administer daily backup operations using Veeam, ensuring backup reliability and system availability by frequent testing.
Handle Level 2/3 Windows incident resolution and create standardized documentation of change requests and root cause analysis in OpenText SMAX system.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience managing enterprise Windows Systems in multi-site corporate environments.
Comprehensive expertise with Windows Server platforms, VMware vSphere, Veeam Backup & Replication, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate certification.
Azure Administrator certification.
VMware Certified Professional (VCP) credential.
