职位描述
Role overview
This full-time welding role is based in Singapore (Keppel) and sits within Manufacturing Engineering. The position involves carrying out both straightforward and advanced welding and metal fabrication tasks according to work instructions. The role reports directly to the Operations Leader.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out TIG welding on high-temperature alloys for the repair of HA gas turbine components.
- Perform blending repairs on HA gas turbine components.
- Maintain product quality, care for equipment, support production pace and schedules, and keep the work area tidy.
- Follow all relevant EHS requirements and immediately raise any unsafe conditions or practices.
- Take on other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Secondary education or above is required.
- A NITEC qualification in Mechanical Engineering or prior TIG welding experience is preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Must be able to understand and speak/read basic English.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts is necessary.
