Role Overview
The Webstore Duty Manager will support the management of the E-Commerce Online Fulfilment operation within the Dundalk webstore. This role focuses on ensuring peak operational efficiency to meet customer satisfaction, overseeing daily processes, inventory control, logistics, team training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Webstore General Manager.
- Manage, organise, direct, and coach webstore staff to maintain high operational standards.
- Supervise day-to-day operations while managing inventory and logistics control.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to drive operational success.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the webstore business activities.
- Develop and lead the team to effectively address operational challenges and meet both short- and long-term objectives.
- Foster a professional and supportive work environment for permanent and temporary employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards among teams.
- Promote and maintain a safe, healthy workplace adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager; experience in E-Commerce or warehouse operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership, operational, planning, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to meet targets efficiently.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and proactive with a positive, can-do approach.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP is a plus but not required.
