Job description

Role Overview

Sandvik is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-centric Warranty Coordinator to join their Mining Warranty team based in Perth, WA. This permanent full-time role entails managing the entire warranty claims lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Sandvik's global policies while driving accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full warranty claims process, including registration, submission, validation, closure, credit notes, sales concessions and policy settlements.
  • Review and verify warranty applications and related documentation thoroughly.
  • Serve as the primary contact for warranty-related queries across customers, service teams, sales, product divisions, and finance departments.
  • Maintain precise and auditable records of warranties in company systems.
  • Monitor claim performance metrics, helping to meet warranty KPIs and service standards.
  • Address escalation cases, appeals, and support resolution of issues.
  • Identify and suggest continuous process improvements to boost compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence consistent with Sandvik’s values.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in warranty administration, claims handling, customer support or aftermarket services.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or warranty management software; Salesforce experience is highly valued.
  • Strong skills in administration, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication aptitude and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • High computer literacy with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive in delivering top-notch customer service.
